What is Chair One Fitness?
Chair One Fitness a comprehensive chair-based dance fitness program. Our program was created for individuals who have complications standing during a fitness regimen. This includes senior citizens, people with balance deficits, injuries, disabilities, weight issues or even temporary injury/surgery recovery. It is designed to keep individuals mobile and to ensure they remain progressive in daily function and/or recovery. This program delivers a fun, musically driven, interactive, full body workout that uplifts people through dance and fitness movements. We even have an option for people to become certified to teach Chair One Fitness.
Membership includes access to an incredible catalog of chair-based exercise videos and live events featuring chair-based dance fitness workouts.

How do I access the video library?
Once you sign into your account, simply scroll down the page to the categories of videos. Click on a category to see the videos available in that section.
If for some reason, you don't find yourself on the Library page, click the Library link at the top of the page.
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to a computer. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account.
If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied. Please check with your bank or credit card issuer first for any issues.
To purchase a gift subscription, scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and click “Buy a Gift Card” in the footer. You’ll need to log into your account or create one if you don’t already have one. Then, select the subscription or bundle you’d like to gift, choose the duration of the gift, and complete your purchase by entering your payment details. After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with the gift code, and a shareable link that you can send to your recipient.
